To delete your Karmika account, please follow these steps:

1. Cancel any active subscriptions before requesting account deletion.

2. Once there are no active subscriptions, go to the Delete Account option in the Karmika app and follow the instructions.

3. If you are unable to delete through the app, send your request to info@karmikaindia.in.

4. After verification, all personal data will be deleted from the Karmika system, unless retention is required by law (e.g., payment or compliance records).

5. Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to all saved information and job history.

This User Disclaimer ("Disclaimer") is issued by RASA MARCON PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at D5, Jai Ganesh Vision, Akurdi, Pune – 411035, Maharashtra ("we", "us", "our", or "Karmika"). It applies to all users (“you” or “User”) accessing or using the Karmika mobile application and website (“Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of this Disclaimer, in addition to our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cancellation & Refund Policy.

1. Platform Role and Limitation of Responsibility

Karmika is a digital technology platform designed to facilitate:

• Discovery of Work Seekers (individuals offering blue-collar services); and
• Discovery of Work Providers (businesses or entities looking to engage such individuals).

We do not act as an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, or labor contractor, nor do we supervise or direct the work of any individual or entity using the Platform.

2. No Guarantee or Warranty

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• Karmika does not guarantee job placements, employment offers, or candidate selection;
• We make no representation regarding the suitability, qualifications, availability, or behavior of any Work Seeker or Work Provider;
• We do not verify or monitor the accuracy of information submitted by users beyond basic document checks;
• Any interaction, engagement, hiring decision, or work arrangement made through the Platform is at your own risk and discretion.

3. Contact Information Disclosure

Upon subscribing, Users receive contact information of relevant Work Providers or Work Seekers.

Karmika’s role is limited to enabling this exchange. We do not control, manage, or enforce communication or agreements that may result from this contact.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Conducting your own due diligence, including skill testing, background checks, or document validation;
• Complying with applicable employment, labor, wage, and tax laws when engaging any individual or organization;
• Ensuring your use of the Platform is lawful, professional, and does not violate the rights of any other user.

Misuse of the Platform may result in account suspension or legal action.

5. No Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under law, Karmika shall not be liable for any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims, including but not limited to:

• Loss of job opportunity or candidate;
• Non-payment of wages or service fees by users;
• Fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct by any user;
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in user-provided data;
• Any misunderstanding, dispute, or harm arising out of user interactions.

6. Subscription-Based Service

Access to certain features of the Platform is enabled through a daily subscription model, which:

• Is valid only from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM (IST) on the date of payment;
• Does not guarantee any response, offer, or hiring outcome;
• Is non-refundable once access to contact details is granted, regardless of job results.

7. No Unlawful Use

Users must not:

• Post or apply to jobs that are unlawful under Indian law;
• Engage in activities involving bonded labour, child labour, sex work, or hazardous employment;
• Use the Platform for spam, harassment, fraud, impersonation, or money laundering.

Violation may result in immediate removal, legal action, and permanent blacklisting.

8. Intellectual Property and Usage Restrictions

All content, software, and branding of the Platform are the property of RASA MARCON PRIVATE LIMITED.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Disclaimer shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
